As a chef, i've had some outrageous requests in my time. None more so than for what most people see as the ultimate fast food...the sandwich.
Squid and horseradish, salmon and marmite and pheasant curry are three which spring to mind.
My personal favourite has got to be : Two slices of tomato bread, toasted on one side filled with med.rare roast beef, a little onion jam and black pepper mayo.
The possibilities are endless and with everyone having their favourite there's scope for countless arguments as to the best or most disgusting.
